Job Description:
Fidelity National Information Services is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support channels. Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, as well as offering product recommendations and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide support and assistance - Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently and accurately - Offer product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs - Document all customer interactions and follow up as necessary - Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and targets - Uphold a positive and professional image of the company at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and independent work ethic - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work well in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
