Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description: Phillips 66 is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via chat to provide support and resolve inquiries or issues - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to chat support

Requirements: - Must be reliable and able to work independently - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to strategic planning - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
