Job Description:

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at Tesoro, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through online chat for our clients in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are reliable, independent, and possess strong cooperation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting - Reliable internet connection and computer equipment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
