Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Eversource Energy is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing chat support to our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Educate customers on products and services offered by Eversource Energy. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the chat system. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and energetic personality. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Emotional intelligence to effectively understand and address customer needs. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in using chat software and other communication tools.
