Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a motivated and resourceful Chat Support Specialist to join our team as a remote employee in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via chat - Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support - Communicating effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues - Escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Utilizing creativity and research skills to find solutions to customer problems

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or support roles - Strong communication skills and proficiency in written English - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and resourceful personality traits - Creativity and research skills to think outside the box and find innovative solutions - Ability to work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment - High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
