Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

St. Jude Medical is seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field, with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase our products and services - Utilize persuasion and negotiation skills to secure new contracts and renew existing ones

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote environment - Passion for building relationships and delivering excellent customer service - Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred
