Job Description - Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Invivo Wines, a leading wine company based in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are independent, resilient, and looking to kickstart their career in client relations.


Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups - Coordinate and schedule client meetings and calls - Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information or support - Assist in preparing client presentations and reports - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction - Execute strategic planning initiatives to enhance client relationships and retention - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Keep track of client data and maintain accurate records in the CRM system


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and multitask effectively - Resilience and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Strategic planning and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
