Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Assistant for Goodyear Tire & Rubber, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Client Relations team in various administrative tasks. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other online platforms to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Assist in coordinating client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Collaborate with the Client Relations team to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and reviews - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to support the development of client relationship strategies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Reliable and motivated individual who can work independently and meet deadlines - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
