Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Pushpay Holdings is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This position is part-time and at an associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals, providing solutions and support as needed. 3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues effectively. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and maintain communication. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction. 8. Attend client meetings and events as needed to represent the company and build relationships.

Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations and interactions with clients. 2. Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and ideas to clients and colleagues. 3. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members across departments to achieve common goals. 4. At least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
