Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Windstream Holdings is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Relations Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Relations Associate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborating with internal teams to address client issues and ensure a positive customer experience - Providing regular updates to clients on their account status and any relevant information - Conducting client satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback to improve our services - Assisting in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives - Working with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts - Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance client relations skills

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role preferred - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address client needs effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
