Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team at Costco in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients based on their needs and interests. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met and expectations are exceeded. - Attend client meetings and networking events to represent the company and cultivate new relationships.

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in client relations or customer service for at least 3 years. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Driven and energetic personality traits. - Emotional intelligence and strong planning abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
