Client Relations Associate

Montoux is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and energetic personality, along with strong communication and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Assist in the development of client communication materials and presentations - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Confident and energetic personality - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
