Client Relations Associate

Jones Financial is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Relations Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a leading financial services company, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and building strong relationships with them.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional experience. - Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions to client issues and improve overall client satisfaction. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients. - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. - Passion for providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
