Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Sealed Air is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 3. Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client activities and projects. 6. Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their account status and performance. 8. Assist in developing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction. 9. Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent research and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
