Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

XPO Logistics is currently seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Managing client accounts and building strong relationships with clients - Communicating with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Providing solutions to client inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with colleagues to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Analyzing client feedback and identifying areas for improvement - Working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth

Requirements: - Reliable and driven individual who is passionate about client relations - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
