Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Tesoro is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Wellington, New Zealand on a part-time basis. The Client Relations Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address their needs and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions to client issues - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay informed about industry trends and competition to provide clients with relevant information - Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback for continuous improvement - Meet or exceed sales and customer retention goals

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence and determination to achieve goals - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
