Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team at NRG Energy in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address their inquiries, concerns, and needs. 2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively provide information and support to clients. 3. Monitor client accounts and provide updates on billing, usage, and other relevant information. 4. Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing clients. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in our CRM system. 9. Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and increase client satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments. 3. Strategic planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team. 5. High attention to detail and excellent time management skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 7. Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not required. 8. Must be located in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ.
