Client Relations Associate - Work from home

LawVu, a cutting-edge legal technology company based in Wellington, NZ, is seeking a motivated and independent Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Analyze client needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements - Conduct negotiations to resolve any issues or conflicts with clients - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Provide regular progress updates and reports to management on client interactions and outcomes - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client management

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent negotiation and analytical skills - High level of independence and self-motivation - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus
