Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Dawn Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work remotely from home, providing you with flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. 2. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 4. Assist in developing client retention strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback for management review.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to handle client needs effectively. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a self-directed manner. 5. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
