Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team at PayPal Holdings in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and performance metrics - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client relationships - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a client-facing role - Reliable and motivated individual with strong presentation and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
