Job Description:
Freddie Mac is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any issues that may arise - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, feedback, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and trainings as needed - Travel to client sites as required to maintain in-person relationships and provide support as needed
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Resourceful and passionate about building strong client relationships - Strong adaptability and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to problem solve and think strategically - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
