Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Targa Resources, a leading energy infrastructure company based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are promptly addressed - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and improve service offerings - Develop and implement client retention strategies to maximize long-term client relationships - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Independent and motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and adaptability are crucial soft skills for this role - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
