Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Consolidated Edison in Auckland, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our remote clients while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and strengthen relationships with remote clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and deliver solutions in a timely manner. 4. Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Develop and implement client engagement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty. 6. Analyze client data and trends to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities. 7. Manage client accounts and contracts to ensure compliance and contract renewals. 8. Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
