Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at CVS Health in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time role with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions to address any challenges they may be facing - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and provide innovative solutions to clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving targets - Resilient and reliable with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace - Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
