Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Ryder System is seeking a talented Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and video conferences - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure their needs are met - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements - Utilize data analysis and insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client relations - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth - Stay up to date on industry trends and client needs to provide proactive and innovative solutions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Proficient in using software tools for communication and data analysis
