Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Time Warner Cable is currently seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and driven, with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction levels and seek feedback to continuously improve our offerings - Prepare and deliver reports on client interactions, feedback, and performance metrics - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to ensure our processes are competitive and effective

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working with remote clients is a plus - Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones - Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates - Travel opportunities may be available
