Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Tractor Supply is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate-level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, and possess strong soft skills in persuasion and communication.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Represent the company at industry events or client meetings

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and energetic personality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience in retail or agricultural industry is a plus
