Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

US Foods Holding is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or client relations. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, possess strong decision-making skills, and have a high level of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met - Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients as needed - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing clients - Participate in virtual meetings and presentations with clients to discuss new products or services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and resolve client complaints effectively

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High level of emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
