Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Crimson Education is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position at an associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, resilient, possess strong teamwork skills, and excel in analysis.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, problem-solving, and providing solutions - Monitor client feedback and provide insights to the team to improve overall client experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients - Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
