Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Berkshire Hathaway is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for a reliable and dedicated individual with excellent people management skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally - Assist clients with account management, including processing transactions and updating account information - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively - Support the sales team in identifying potential new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
