Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description: Xcel Energy, a leading energy company, is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with clients remotely through various communication channels - Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Conduct client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients

Requirements: - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and communication skills - 2+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
