Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Graybar Electric is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination of efforts. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, taking proactive steps to address any issues or improve the overall experience. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of service to clients.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role. - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. - Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability in dealing with various client personalities and situations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
