Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

GeoOp is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall client experience. - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. - Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations.

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Driven and energetic personality. - Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively. - Innovative problem-solving skills. - Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred but not required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
