Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Avnet is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs - Understand client requirements and provide solutions that meet their expectations - Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong people management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
