Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Lowe’s is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to work remotely from home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This part-time position, at an Associate Level, requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and support to clients - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and performance - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client relationship strategies and initiatives - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to proactively address any issues or concerns

Requirements: - Independent and confident with excellent communication skills - Proficient in strategic planning and able to work effectively in a team environment - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
