Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Specialist at Synnex, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients while working from home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. You will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Identify potential client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to company processes - Document all client interactions and keep accurate records of client communications - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve clients

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Independent and dedicated work ethic - Critical thinking and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Associate degree or higher in a related field
