Job Description:
L-3 Communications is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Manage client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 4. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the company database. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures. 7. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a client service or customer support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed. 4. Adaptability to changing priorities and work well under pressure. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 7. Associate Degree or equivalent qualification.
