Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Boston Scientific is seeking a confident and reliable Client Service Assistant to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels - Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining client records - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner - Assist in organizing and attending client meetings or events as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
