Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Emerson Electric, a global technology and engineering company, is seeking a Client Service Assistant to work remotely from home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and the ideal candidate will be adaptable, independent, cooperative, and adaptable.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. - Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely information updates. - Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.


Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in a customer service or client service role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
