Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a talented Client Service Assistant to join our team at Philip Morris International, a leading multinational tobacco company based in Wellington, New Zealand. This is a part-time remote position at an associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a client service or customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and efficient manner - Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and drive revenue growth - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients


Requirements: - Adaptable and energetic individual with a positive attitude - Strong teamwork and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
