Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Client Service Assistant to join our team at Franklin Resources. This is a part-time, work-from-home position located in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our products and services - Assist clients with account maintenance and updates - Process client requests and transactions accurately and efficiently - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns - Collaborate with team members to improve client service processes and procedures - Provide administrative support to the client service team as needed


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software tools - Motivated and resourceful with a strong work ethic - Soft skills in persuasion and planning are highly desirable
