Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and claims processing - Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is up to date - Collaborate with sales team to provide support and assist with client onboarding - Process policy changes and updates in a timely and accurate manner - Assist with client communications and marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software preferred - Adaptable and able to thrive in a changing work environment - Energetic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow - Equal Opportunity Employer
