Job Description: Huntington Ingalls Industries in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client services.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings - Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure clients' needs are met and exceeded - Utilize persuasion and presentation skills to effectively communicate product offerings and solutions to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company database - Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
Requirements: - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Confident communication skills to interact with clients effectively - Persuasion skills to drive sales and promote product offerings - Presentation skills to articulate information clearly and professionally - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
