Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Serko Ltd is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, possess excellent negotiation skills, and thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients remotely - Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, accommodations, and other services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in using computer systems and software programs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and energetic personality - Negotiation skills - Teamwork skills
