Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at Office Depot. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are independent, confident, and have excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery - Continuously learn and adapt to company policies and procedures - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in computer and internet usage - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
