Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at Masco in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and address their needs and concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase client revenue - Analyze data and create reports to evaluate client performance and make strategic recommendations - Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates on project progress and address any issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with innovative solutions
Requirements: - A proven track record of client service management in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Resilient and hardworking attitude with a strong attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and promote cooperation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
