Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Delek US Holdings is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Manager to join our team based in Napier, Hawke’s Bay, NZ. This position is suitable for a candidate with mid-to-senior level experience, with at least 8 years in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and energetic, possessing excellent critical thinking skills and adaptability.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. 2. Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client service strategies to maximize customer satisfaction. 4. Provide leadership and direction to a team of client service representatives, guiding them in achieving service goals and objectives. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the client experience. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client service management to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
