Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


TIAA is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that may arise. This role requires a high level of adaptability and passion for customer service.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling TIAA products and services to existing clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on TIAA products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in client service or account management - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
