Textron is hiring a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in client service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions - Analyze client feedback and data to continuously improve service offerings - Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention - Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management
Requirements: - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in client service management - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field
