Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Time Warner is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries - Provide timely and effective responses to client requests and issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and drive business growth - Monitor client performance and satisfaction levels, proactively identifying areas for improvement - Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress and gather feedback - Prepare reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key metrics and accomplishments - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in client service management or a similar role - Resourceful and hardworking attitude with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively - Ability to think critically and strategically to meet client needs and exceed expectations - Experience in managing diverse client portfolios and handling multiple projects simultaneously
